We may speak hours about the early birds and night owls from who working at night is easier, but the doctors know it better. You get distracted all the time
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram… You check your social media each 10 minutes and you cannot understand why the time passes so quickly. Your friend wrote you a message, you’ve decided to answer him, and in a result, you’ve been talking for a couple of hours, and you forgot about the research that you’d been working on. Getting distracted is one of the killers of productivity and one of the studying habits that have a huge negative impact on your results.
