New Launch of Maruti Alto K10 – Apka Sachcha Humsafar

Today, 3rd November 2014 is a most valuable day for Maruti Suzuki India, one of the India’s largest carmakers. The company has launched a new version of Alto K10 hatchback, more fuel efficient next generation car. The price of this new version will range between Rs 3.06 and Rs 3.82 lakh. It is available in six versions – LX (Rs 3.06 lakh), LXi (Rs 3.22 lakh), VXi (Rs 3.38 lakh), VXi (O) (Rs 3.57 lakh), VXi Automatic (Rs 3.8 lakh) and LXi CNG (Rs 3.82 lakh).

The Maruti Alto K10 is equipped with automated gear shift and has fuel efficiency of 15%. Equipped with the futuristic technology and with the demanding value for money, the petrol version delivers a mileage of 24.07 kmpl. The advanced CNG trim powered by the Intelligent Gas Port Injection delivers mileage of 32. 26 kilometers per kg in CNG mode.

Exteriors:

Alto K10 is wider, taller and roomier. Its roof and doors share the appearance with 800 version, whereas, the rest of the panels i.e. the front fenders, the bonnet, bumpers and even the tail gate are unique.

It is featured with larger and most contemporary appearing head lamps, a most intrusive air dam design and rests on larger 13 inch wheels.

The interiors are having free flowing curves and energetic lines with new dashboard. With the gloss black center console, dual tone finish, matte sliver highlights on the audio buttons, steering and even on the armrest together gives it a most appealing look.

Cabin:

The taller and wider next generation Alto K10 offers much upgraded and comfortable head and leg room. In order to adjust the legroom for rear seat occupants, the back of the front seat can be removed.

Gear Transmission:

Detent Pin Technology and Diagonal Shift Assist offers most improved gearshift performance. The Gear ratio has been optimized for exceptional drive and fuel efficiency.

Smooth Ride:

With MacPherson strut suspension along with coiled spring in the front and the trailing link with coiled springs in the rear together contributes excellent handling and smooth driving. Moreover, your next generation car also comes with front fog lamps, driver side airbag, 3 points ELR seat belt, high mount stop lamp, seat belt indicators, and head lamp leveling.

Colors:

The new Alto K10 comes with six body colors – Tango red, Granite Grey, Cerulean Blue, Superior White, Silky Silver and Fire Brick red. The Tango Red which is a signature color has a metallic finish that complements the exterior of the car.
