Employees need a break once in a while, they are the important assets to the organization, they play various roles in various departments such as Marketing, Production, HR, and Finance which integrate all parts and cater to achieving organizational goals and expand the horizons.
Here are some ways in which different indoor team building activities for employees conducted –
Escape room game
Escape room games are trending with team building activities, such an experience can be offered by Breakout Escape Rooms in Bangalore and Ahmedabad where each escape room is movie styled. There are a variety of escape room themes such as sci-fi, murder, action, horror, etc to choose from and engage in a fun experience. People learn a lot of skills such as decision making, team building, problem-solving and logical reasoning.
The Roller Coaster Challenge
The teams are asked to build a giant stack of roller coasters alongside the play area and a ball is entirely passed around through the rail, it should not touch the rail, whosoever does it perfectly and abides by the rules will be given points and it is a great team-building exercise.
The Domino Rally Challenge
Domino effect challenge is an immersive team-building experience to engage co-workers in a fun-filled activity where each member should come up with something exciting and unique to create a new art piece. The best of the ideas will be judged based on some factors and will be given points and promoted to the next level.
Countdown to Sixty
This game is inspired by the TV series a minute to win it where challenges are based on a minute and points will be given such as an experiment is that one team competes with the other team to bounce balloons with the help of gravity and it should not touch the ground or else the team who does so are disqualified and there is a committee monitoring them.
Another such instance is you have to bounce the ball and aim it to the glass which is placed adequately from a certain distance from you. These challenges are fun and exciting.
