This feature will prove beneficial for the user who has accidentally sent a message or an image to a wrong person. In order to retract the message, the user simply needs to tap and hold on the message he wants to retract and then click on the “retract icon” appearing on the right side of the screen. This way the message will be deleted from the chat thread.
  • The user receives warning as soon as the BBM identifies that the receiver has taken the screenshot of the image or message.
  • Remember that both these features are designed to erase the messages or pictures from the receiver’s BBM chat view. But it won’t restrict the recipient from capturing the content image either by taking its screenshots or through image capture device.
