White Chicken Chilli Cooking

The cooking starts with a large stockpot. Add some olive oil to the stockpot and let it get warm. Once you feel that the boil is warm enough, you can add onion, chilies, jalapeno, and saute them up. Cook them until you can see the discoloring of the onion. Now add garlic and cook it further.

Once you can smell the garlic flavor, dump all the ingredients leftover, and boil it. Cook it for 10 minutes. And then stir in cilantro. There you have it, put them in a bowl, and serve with cheese or cream.

How To Make Chili Thicker?

Everybody has their way of eating white chili. Some like to eat it with sauce, cheese, and chips, while others like a thick soup. I am of the latter kind. I like eating the white chicken with thick chili soup.

To thicken the chili, I prefer one cup of cannellini beans processed in a food packaging. After the processing, it becomes a thick bean paste. It can then be added to the white chicken soup to add the thickness. Trust me; it just smoothens up the taste. The best part of this paste mix white chicken chili is that it can be kept in the refrigerator for almost a week. And if you have a freezer, you can keep it for almost 6 months.

Usually, the white bean chicken chili is mild in flavor and lacks the kick you in as a savvy eater. However, there are tips that you can use to make the white chicken a bit hot. To make things spicy, you can add jalapeno seeds, and even if they reach your expectation, you can add red chili flakes or cayenne pepper.

This process is time-consuming. You can save time by having rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken at your disposal. You can even boost the flavor of the chicken by pan roasting it.

The key ingredient is the right use of the salt. I use sodium chicken broth and a low sodium bean, so I need to add just a little salt to match my taste. If you are using normal beans and chicken, make sure you are adding enough salt to taste good.
