Vaping is the use of e-cigarettes with the reason of cutting off from real cigarettes. E-cigarettes are battery operated devices that people use to smoke. These are like the shape of a pencil.
According to a research conducted by Lucysvaporpens – largest vape juice store provider in USA, what people don’t know is the fact that vaping harms your lungs a lot more than a cigarette would. But some studies prove that these are much less harmful than tobacco.
Professor Moon Shong Tang in University of New York researched on a couple of laboratory mice and what he found was that the DNA of its heart, lungs were severely damaged. All those mice that were kept away from the vapors showed no sign of DNA damage. This experiment was done to let the humans know that vaping is more dangerous than smoking cigarettes.
Most of the scientist discards this by saying that the experiment was only done on mice and there is no link between humans and mice.
Although this experiment was dismissed but since then a lot of experiments have been done to prove that those who switched from tobacco cigarettes to e-cigarettes had more adverse effects on their lungs.

If you have vaped ever before then you would understand that it gives instant satisfaction, unlike smoking. People who have smoked all their lives know the struggle they have to go through in order to quit smoking.
People have this wrong perception that if they quit tobacco and start vaping, they would be saved from all kinds of health risks. Although the e-cigarettes have less nicotine than tobacco but the toxins in e-cigarettes are released in the forms of vapors which you inhale.

- Dry mouth
- Dry skin
- Dry eyes
- Bleeding gums
When you introduce any substance into a human body, there is a huge possibility of its side effects. Even if you inhale or ingest harmful chemical substances, there will be adverse effects. The same goes for vaping.
Although it has been proven to be harmful, but it has become a new thing among teens. Those who have used e-cigarettes in the past have shown changes in their emotions, sexual performances and memory. It has been found that vaping is a little better than smoking as the effects in people who switched from smoking to vaping improved. E-cigarettes are not entirely harmless though; it can lead to hypertension, diabetes, asthma and chronic lungs diseases.
How to minimize the side effects of vaping?
You should, first of all, reduce using e-cigarettes which will definitely improve the side effects. Vaping can lead to dehydration which is why you should take in plenty of fluids and keep yourself hydrated. If you feel dizzy, switch to e-liquids with lower nicotine strength.
Vaping and addiction:
Like any other habit, vaping can lead to addiction too. Addictions always lead to adverse side effects and it is quite common in youth who take it upon themselves to adopt everything that their friends are doing. Parents should educate their children about the dangers and risks of addictions.
There has been a lot of experiments and many experiments are underway to find out more negative effects of vaping too. Studies have found minor and short-term effects of vaping. Your health comes first, and it is important for you to think about yourself first and distance yourself from any addiction that could harm you in any way.
